Recipe for one batch of 10 energy bites:
• Goji Life freeze dried Goji Berries - 1/2 cup
• Organic Rolled Oats - 1/2 cup
• Organic Dark Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
• Organic Bittersweet Dark Chocolate, chopped - 1/2 cup
• Organic Almond Butter - 3/4 cup
• Organic Toasted Coconut Flakes - 1/4 cup
• Organic Slivered Almonds - 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Start by lining a plate with parchment paper. Use your hands to combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Then, take a small handful, press together and roll into a ball using both hands. Place your energy bites on the plate, let them sit for an hour in the fridge and then enjoy!
These can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
